2. Quotes and Payment
All prices for Video Advertising services are provided in NZD.
A quote or proposal is valid for the period stated in the document.
A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
3. Project Delivery
Puffing Hound will provide timelines for all Video Advertising projects.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to client approvals, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed format (digital files, links, or other specified formats).
4. Revisions
The number of revisions included in a project will be outlined in the quote.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Puffing Hound retains copyright over all Video Advertising content until full payment is received.
Once payment is completed, ownership rights of the delivered video content transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated.
Puffing Hound may use completed projects for promotional purposes, portfolio, or social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Projects may be cancelled with written notice.
Deposits are generally non-refundable.
Refunds for completed work will be at Puffing Hound’s discretion based on project progress.
8. Limitation of Liability
Puffing Hound is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Video Advertising services.
While we aim for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or business performance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
10. Changes to Terms
Puffing Hound may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance.
